What is this store's return and exchange policy?

WE ONLY ALLOW ONE EXCHANGE PER ORDER. 

EXCHANGES WILL BE PROCESSED WHEN THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED. IF THE ITEM RECEIVED IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION, WE WILL RETURN THE ITEM BACK WITHOUT EXCHANGE. PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN TRYING THE GARMENT ON AFTER PURCHASE.

Items will be exchanged if we are notified within 10 days of the receipt of your package.

After you send your email, the next email will come from USPS with a tracking number. You can track the status of your returned item via the shipping company you chose.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to ship. After leaving our warehouse it can take anywhere from 2-10 business days. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. We also offer expedited shipping upon request.

What is the difference between a corset and waist cincher?

Latex waist cinchers are used for working out.

The latex waist cinchers and corsets are for all day wear.

Corsets are for waist training and should be limited to 1 hour per day until you have broken in the garment. Once broken in, corset can be worn all day but please do not exercise wearing the corset. To workout, make sure you wear a latex waist cincher to promote weight loss through compression and perspiration.
